Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time before the billing period ends. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Who owns the clinical data?
You do. All session data is stored locally on your device. Cloud sync is optional. We never sell or share clinical data — it belongs entirely to you and your students.
Can I manage more than one student?
The Family plan supports 1 child profile. Professional plan supports up to 5 students (+€4/mo per extra student). Researcher and Institution plans support unlimited students.
Is it suitable for school or clinic use?
Yes. The Professional plan is designed for clinical and school settings. The Institution plan adds organizational management features for clinics, schools, and multi-professional teams.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards via Paddle (coming soon). Contact us for early access and billing inquiries.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The app (interlaza.app) works fully offline — sessions run without an internet connection. Data syncs to the cloud automatically when you reconnect.
What languages does the app support?
The app is fully bilingual: English and Spanish. The interface, exercises, and all student-facing content support both languages. Additional languages are planned for future releases.
Is community content safe and moderated?
Yes. Every module published to the Community Store passes through a moderation queue before it appears publicly. Users can also report inappropriate content, which triggers an immediate review. Each module shows its author and clone count so you can judge trust and popularity at a glance.
